There are many examples of successful leaders but this article from Forbes really shows how Carlos Ghosn has made Nissan a comeback story and became CEO of both Nissan and Renault. “You don’t want to fight the battles when you are in the worst position,” he says. “What I’m trying to explain at both Nissan and Renault is that we have to choose the moment, and we have to choose the field and we have to choose the circumstances in which to fight the battles. If not, it will take us much more energy and resources to get the same outcome–if we get it.”
